I can't imagine many passengers who would want to sit in that kind of cabin for anything longer than 2/3 hours, the DVT conscience pax would surely have a fit!
I'd do London - NYC for 1p plus tax, even with Ryanair. Might even go as much as £100, and spend the savings on an extra night in a hotel to recover.
