They are unable to operate on the Finnair due to the Finnish AOC requiring extensive training. Flyjet are unable to release the entire crew base for the required 3 weeks in Helsinki so it looks as though they will be getting shipped to MAN/LGW - not good news. Excel crews apparently had an entire month of training prior to there a/c being delivered - I was thinking perhaps they may take the routes back as FJE are flying for XLA and all the crews can operate on the Finnish AOC.
I wonder what the nature of the problem actually is
