FG most runway lights are spaced 60m, although some are 90m. So just line up abeam a light, and if you can count 14 lights, all is good to go.
Also just FYI, not sure the rules in NZ, but before I could do low vis TO, you could only use 500m (two crew) vis if the lights were 60m. If they were 90m you had to use 800m vis. Not sure of the ref sorry.
Just make sure there is an airport nearby with acceptable wx in case you have a problem and can't get back in.
