Job in Kuwait?!!

I freely admit my lack of civvy experience here, but does anyone else think this lot are asking for more than a pound of flesh? They'll be asking the poor pilot to pay them next.

United Aviation Helicopter Division, a Kuwait based aviation services company, requires immediate placement of an experienced and current FAA/JAA rated Commercial / Instrument Helicopter Captain PIC qualified in the following aircraft: SA-365N/N1 "Dolphin", MD-500E, BH-430, BH-407. The successful candidate will hold a valid/current FAA/JAA ATPL(H) or Commercial (CPL-H) Rotorcraft - Helicopter Instrument License with a Helicopter Instrument rating and First Class FAA/JAA Medical certificate. Total Required Flying Experience: 3000 Hours, 1000 hours Turbine PIC Time, "In-Type" Experience in two or more of the above listed aircraft. This employment is not shift work and will require relocation to Kuwait. United Aviation is the only company in Kuwait offering helicopter transport services within the State of Kuwait and its offshore islands. Flight Operations include: Scenic Sky-Tours, Phoro support flights, Construction support, and VIP Transportation. United Aviation offers the successful candidate the following salary/benefits package: A tax-free annual salary of: $41,000.00 USD ($3,420.00 USD per month). A monthly accommodations allowance of: $1,350.00 USD (KD400.-) A company issued mobile phone, vehicle and fuel allowance. 30-Days Paid Leave entitlement after successful completion of (1) year of employment. One round-trip economy airfare ticket per year between Kuwait and home of record. Standard Medical/Dental Insurance scheme of the company. The company will cover the reasonable expenses of annual pilot recurrency training, as deemed necessary by the company, or as required by the FAA, JAA, DGCA, ICAO, the aircraft manufacturer, or the insurance underwriter.
