Military Ops
Doesn't Murcia have restricted operating hours due to it also being a military airport?.
I was under the impression that it is only allowed to receive Commercial flights after 1pm-ish on Mon-Fri (Sat/Sun all day) except for a couple of weeks at the peak of the summer season.
If this is still the case that would restrict any airline from using MJV as a base.
