as cannard had mentioned previously, different interviewers have different style and like to recruit different type of people.. i do agree on this..
and i believe most airlines will not reveal as to why you are not selected.. i have heard that the reason is that some people might not be able to take criticism and may do something silly if they know it's something that they cannot change. eg. their character is just not suitable to be a FA.

shoon, doesn't EK recruit in your country? if you have seen previous posts.. there are people who travel to another country for the interview, so it shouldn't be a problem for you. however you may want to try applying through their website first?
