But I'm curious about the less reliable bit. I've been using FF almost exclusively for about a year and haven't found it unreliable. If it were, I wouldn't use it - I'm not about to cut my nose off to spite my face! I'd use IE or Opera if FF was unreliable.

Some websites don't display "correctly" in anything but IE (or derivatives using the IE engine like Maxthon), because IE does not follow W3C standards.

That's about all the unreliable I've found and the customisability and the wealth of useful extensions available keep me with FF (Opera would be my 2nd choice).

Sorry, but IE with it's myriad acknowledged bugs and insecurities is too tightly linked to the OS for my comfort.
