Daughter and son recieved an ishuffle each last Christmas.
Both players worked fine until sons unit stopped working. ie; green light wont turn off and doesnt play the music .... and the updater program on the computer wont recognise his ishuffle.
We have had two replacements from the local apple shop, but the players do exactly the same thing.
The replacement players came in a snaploc plastic bag and not in a box like the original.
Are we getting the run around?
Had a look on the apple site/forum and there seems to be a lot of other people having similar problems but very little useful advice is being offered.
Has anyone here had these problems with the shuffle?
