I agree with you one minute they say they are going to make Southend a base then they decide to turn else where.
Do the management know which directing they want to be going.
There may be other issues, they do seem to have had delays in receiving new Dash 8 aircraft.
With the introduction of the EMB later on this year and crews leaving to go to bigger things some of there ambitions have not been able to come off because of delay in aircraft and crewing????.
