Thanks, now I understand where ACCC is coming from. Thought it was another punter who has asked his brief to enquire if the resent fire has diminished the Barwon Heads airport's asset valuation. One assumes that if the asset is diminshed it may adversely influence his case.
Conversely if the asset is strengthened then the case could have more weight. I think it is a case of
rather than common sense.
