Why on earth would anyone wish to fly as cabin crew for RyanAir with these working conditions? Once you have left your home you are committed to working for the company. If the company has changed its mind for whatever reason it should be obliged to at least pay a set amount of hours. If your company is not loyal to you, then you should not be loyal to your company!
