First of all, the picture needs to be already on a website, because the pictures here are not on the PPrune server but are all linked to other sites.
to make the picture viewable here, you put [img] at the beginning of the full web address of the picture, and [/img] at the end. hopefully you should then see:
If you see a picture that you'd like to link to, right click on it, go to properties and that will show you the address.
If you have some pictures of your own that you'd like to get on the web, then try a site like
