Maybe Brian and the rest of his 'VP' DEC buddies would like to sit down and explain how and why a large number of his 'yet to be VP's' in the right seat are being shafted for upgrade by an additional 6 months, thanks to a combination of DEC's and inept management......keep the morale up boys!
