There are a number of carriers that have bases in CWL such as Brittania, First Choice and BA Connect.
I think Air Wales have stopped operations, although I may be wrong it rings a bell.
Have a look on the Cardiff Airport website
www.cwlfly.com and see which airlines fly in and out of there and get in contact with them.
