Yes that may be true, but he is comparing a package that he has got as a DEC, that we all know is more than someone who has been a Captain in the airline for 4 years. Not to mention the F/O's that have been scr*wed.
To have it published in a local paper, for all you colleagues to read is either ass kissing management, insensitive, gloating, superior or plain bloody stupid. You decide which one.
