NORMAL (landing conf Full)
flaps up one step at G/A (to 3)
above F speed, select Flaps 1
above S speed, select Flaps 0.
Overweight Landing conf 3..
Flaps straight to 1 at G/A
Because the aircraft is "overweight" you climb at VLS Flap 1 to satisfy the approach climb gradient requirements.
At "Normal" weights this requirement is satisfied with Flap 3.
