Just review 03.05.35 Goaround and optimum flap setting.
It starts when one consults the QRH for O'weight landing."flaps-establish"??I thought the QRH was to advise the Procedure in the minimum Time(Quick?)..
So on route training we would get the candidate to 'look up' 03.05.35 and be aware in future ,that the O'wt landing would use Flaps 3 for the the least drag result in the Goaround(Higher Approach weights)..
