Why remove him? Kiwi has some valid points. But you guys still owe him an answer. Do you change career after EK to start as a F/O again or as a DEC (and blocking the F/o's there)?
And no, I am not a DEC, just waiting for my turn for an upgrade. As long as the offer is out there I have full understanding for every CMD who joins EK as a DEC. No need to call them SCABS. If the offer should be out there..... other topic. But we might find a consense there.
