Possible Eardrum perforation

Hello everyone,

I would like an advice about eardrum perforation, after a very quick observation a doctor ( not specialist ) told me that iīve a eardrum preforation, based on a quick look in the ear and listenning to my sytoms, i would like to have an opinion about this and if this could afect my present flight training.
My symptoms are just minor pain but not direct in the ear just in the area surrounding the ear, i didnīt bleed, no ear loss, no noise in the ear.


I straight oppinion would be very appreciated,
