Not at the start, but people do make careers out of instructing (although I imagine you would put a lot of people off flying). If you were truly determined to have a career as a pilot, you wouldn't waste your time here moaning about jobs, you would be doing anything to get a job, build your experience, apply for better jobs. I have to ask, do you actually want to be a pilot? You said "if you want a normal life", but no pilot I know has a normal life.
