Everything depends on your currently standards. Salary is not too bad, around U$ 6000, all included. Apart from that they provide you with a confortable apartment in a polluted and ugly area. Forget about trying to join the community, but on the other hand you will find a lot of expat pilots in the same situation of you.
Local pilots always have the priority to be promoted, so wait seated... If you have a good experience maybe after 2 or 3 years you can make U$1000, more as Cruise Captain.
Be psychologically trained to stand with a overmassive training and extenuating flights. Afterwards you can fly anywhere.
