Airliners.net have pictures of their 727s in Miami, website has contact details and physical addresses. I think someone is using them to operate a scam on the basis that the company checks out. US$400 application fee ridiculous, even Ryanair only charge GBP50. Why not try contacting them directly, they might be gratefull to know what's going on.
