Make connections as an instructor! Even be one of those instructors people always complain about because all they want to do is get into an airline! In your spare time as an instructor, study for a degree! Or just go to college! Or join the RAF! Even go to NZ for a GA job! Do anything!
You have the most
up attitude I have ever come across! Nobody is going to make it any easier for you. If you really wanted to become a pilot, you would do anything for any job where you are paid to fly, build up experience/contacts, and then apply for better jobs.
