As in all psycho tests just be as honest as you can. If you try and fudge the tests they will catch you out.
The merits of them are debateable but there you go - their trainset etc............
Good luck but you will find DEC's are rather unpopular at EK at the moment as guys who are eligible for command are being shafted by the company. So their feelings are understandable
