I noticed that my net HTD is less than the previous centrally-paid RILOR. After much digging it turns out that HTD is based on travelling 18 days per month whereas RILOR was 20 days. Therefore I have lost about £12 per month at a time when travelling costs are soaring above inflation. Another shafting.
