This is an over simplification because it
is possible to gain a class 1 after having LASIK that you could not have achieved with galsses alone if the reason you can not get a class 1 is due to
astigmatism.
Also niknak - are you sure it takes a year after LASIK to get your class 1 issued? I was under the impression it was 3 months.
