I'm wondering if on a contaminated rwy (as distinct to a wet rwy) if it's 15ft as well?
I would hazard a guess that the answer is YES. The option is there to avail of:
Engine failure 1 sec prior to V1.
Use of symmetric reverse thrust for stopping
Use of 15ft screen height.
