2. There are botchas to watch for. People sell their shares for a reason and they aren't likely to tell you if the reason is for example advance knowledge of a major expense, or a dispute within the group. You have to really know and trust the rest of the group.

I have recently started looking for a share to do some hour building and one thing that has basically put me off is that many of the shares have been on the market for well over 6 months meaning that when it comes time for me to move on I could be stuck having to pay the monthly fees or take a considerable loss to get rid of it.
