I wouldn't think so.... if you look at the job sites there are being instructors hired throughout the year on a fairly constant rate.... little slower in winter time.
In April a lot of instructors start flying tours in Alaska, Grand Canyon, Vegas etc so there might be a little better chance but I wouldn't plan it that exact... having a CFII rating will get you a job very quick anywhere.
