Please tell me what kind of problems I have. I really wanna know. Itīs that clear to me that airlines prefer pilots with hours ON TYPE.
But if You have pilots with no company-wanted type-rating, it is not comprehensible why just a fractional amount of jet hours outrival turboprop hours.
I think turboprop pilots are well underestimated , arenīt they!?
