The honest answer is no one knows as the question of pay at MXP has been specifically avoided during the current pay negotiations. It was too contraversial to be included and therefore it is still in the pending tray. At the moment, all pilots are employed there on the standard easyJet rates and some are doing very well with 'temporary base' payments for accommodation and so on. There is really no answer to give you at the moment other than presently it is on standard rates. What happens in the future has simply not been addressed yet. I hope that helps.
