I've heard that Astraeus have just had a good pay deal through the IPA/IPF I've heard that Astraeus have just had a good pay deal through the IPA/IPF and that the most pilots are happy with the pay deal. And they managed to get it sorted very quickly.
May be we should consider this when dealing with paydeals.

At Jet2, are we justified in dismissing the IPA/IPF? They are pilot-orientated if nothing else - and cheap.
