From a very high level.
The F/os will have to give up accommodation in DXB and stay in base, on gaining a command they will get company accomodation or they can remain in base as an F/O.
The Captains become more of a problem so initially they will be limited by time in the company .
At least if it doesnt work the older guys will retire and the f/os can be recalled at there command.
