D Flying is still alive and kicking!
On 3 April, the D Flying name passed into history as part of the DPA/DLO Technical Enabling Services restructuring. The replacement organization name is the Test and Evaluation Support Division. No changes to role of organization or personnel.
Not sure of purpose of old MOD(PE) publication. If Genghis could identify purpose, can let you know if there's an equivalent.
