They seem to put a lot of importance on the full length photo and head shot, I'm handsome, 6ft 2ins and I do look Arabic (South American mum)
with short black hair and also I don't act camp (rather than gay, though I'm not gay either) but if they are more interested in how you look than actual experience of being cabin crew then I'm in!
