Aviation Canada and Wings magazines?

Is Aviation Canada magazine still functioning? I ask because several times recently I have tried to email the publisher Bob Baglow but each time the email has failed to go through. I have checked carefully and the email address I have used is the same as on the email received from him in April 2004. Now it does not work. When I try a search the returns come up with something called Aviator Canada. Is this the same magazine under a new name? If Aviation Canada is still in business I will appreciate it if someone would let me have their email address.
I have a similar query regarding Wings magazine. This time I have managed to find their website but am unable to find an email address there. I would like to know who the editor is to send him some information but because there is no email address I am unable to send an email to obtain this. There are some feedback type of forms on the website but these are useless here. I suspect that like quite a number of unthinking First World website designers the person at Wings decided that this would serve as the sole means of Internet communication and left out their email address. Bad decision! Such people need to recognise that in many parts of the world the Internet does not function the same as in the First World. Feedback forms are useless at the few Internet cafes here. I need a proper email address that will go into Outlook Express in order to send an email from here. Again, I will be grateful if someone would let me know the email address for Wings.
Airmail from here to Canada normally takes three to five weeks in each direction. That is not a practical alternative to the speed of email. All registered companies should be required to have full contact information, including a proper email address, and the names and titles of senior officers and directors on the front pages of their websites. The better ones do. They want customers and business associates to be able to contact them easily and to know who is in charge!
