Ek are so disorganised they can't even tell you where you will live when you arrive. The can not tell a copilot to the nearest year despite knowing the aircraft orders when he will get an upgrade.
They may indeed offer basings in the very very distant future, but if you join now even as a DEC you will never have the seniority to get one.
If you dont want to live in Dubai, don't join or quit, If you'r there already; 60 last year and apparently 30 already this year can't be wong.
The place was great until the Arabs got their hands on flight ops, now it is disorganised shower of **** and getting worse by the minute by all accounts.
As they say in the Middle East, Make War not Love and if it Aint F***k*d yet rape it until it is !
Anyway off to work ! and feeling quite chipper about it.
