the lack of comms from management is a good thing as far as I can tell.
The only time you hear from mamagement at EK is when you are up to your kneck in camel dung........ so no news is good news....sad isnt it
maybe 25% for cost of living and and 25% pain alowance.......is it still enough?....... depends on your personel pain threshold.
