My guess is the payrise will be the big decider. 5 weeks seems ok to me if it really is 5 weeks and not 25days.
... the big one now, is how much cash are we going to get each month for staying here and helping with the great expansion. because without us they are bug - id.
my guess .......min 25% ...they have to rope more in!!!!
with the cost of living in Dubai as it is now........ its not worth staying......we are not getting enough to stay in Dubai even if we wanted to.
my bonus is already gone....school fees
