[quote=Moose47][quote=Gainesy]A very weary looking old lady

Anybody know the story behind the non-standard fin marking (different flag)?

And anybody know the Canadian designation/name for this?

Hi

The Lancaster is from No. 404 'Buffalo' (MR) Squadron based at R.C.A.F. Station Greenwood, Nova Scotia.

The Neptune has the Canadian Red Ensign on its vertical stab. It replaced the standard R.A.F. tri-colour fin flash 1957.

The R.C.A.F. Grumman Albatross was designated CSR 111.

Cheers...Chris
