TOT, in relation to the FR DUB flt cancelled this morning, the reason for this was Stansted was in 175m FOG last night. They are resurfacing the runway at Stansted over the summer months. Therefore there is no centerline lighting which is a requirement for cat3 landings. The airport at the moment has cat3 ils but cat1 lighting, which is why 28 aircraft diverted to LGW,LTN,BHX and EMA. This put the whole FR operation out of STN into chaos this morning.
Unfortunatley this will be the case until end of november and has been notamed for the last 2 months.
