I agree. KA's selection process is just diabolical. I understand they dun wanna waste their limited resources on replying emails n phonecalls. However a standardised rejection/acknowledgement email c.c to all the failed candidates once a month wudnt kill them I reckon.
Invest in people is the key for most successful companies and it starts right in HR. I wonder how they allowed their HR become (or always has been?) such a shamble.
