Dispatch License in Saudi arabia

hi

i hold a FLIGHT OPERATIONS Officer License from CAA-Pakistan, does any one know, how can i convert it into GACA-SAUDI ARABIA, so i can be able to apply for dispatch jobs in saudi arabia, and work there.
