Well - the first thing is actually "What's the question?"
It all really depends on what you want to do with that FAA PPL as to whether you should go do the PPL Skill Test - or do the "simple paperwork exercise".
They are both options - but for different reasons.
BTW - how much info did you gain from doing the "Search" before posting?
