You, like so many others on this thread, have failed to offer sound professional reasoning why the flight should not have continued and, without such reasoned argument, I find the insinuation in your comment that "I guess you can't regulate or teach good judgement" particularly objectionable from a professionable point of view.
I do agree with you on one point - this thread has run its course.
