the problem with AA is that the CP has trouble doing his job , because of BM im sure that some would agree that ops has 3/5 ths of F all to do with the hiring and firing of pilots nor the responsability that comes with the the CP's job. HOWEVER how do you as CP claim back the responsability when BM is up the owners son!!!
