Sea Eagle,what about the real issues posted here earlier regarding contract and conditions of service changes , rostering inflexability etc. which the company has no intention of addressing. I would say you are being naive, unless of course you are on the outside monitoring all from the comfort of your retirement villa, then of course you are free to don the rose coloured glasses.
I suspect you have been cruising the coast too long.
