It's a very small fee compared to the cost of training! If you don't have the medical, how can you be 100% sure that you are fit to fly? If you are going to train to be a pilot, you'll have to get the medical done anyway!
Exactly! my medical is a week on Wednesday, and all going well i'll send my GAPAN application form off that week
