You'll be lucky, foormort! Us embassy folks here in the Americas are just as confused and frustrated as everyone back home. So far, the one saving grace for us overseas 'players' is that we don't have JPA terminals or passwords to try and get on to this new-fangled system. Based on the comments from others in the UK who have tried, long may that remain the case.
