Why don't BA fly any of their 747s and 777s from Manchester ? Surely there must be plenty of long haul travellers who would prefer to fly direct from this airport, rather than always having to use Heathrow or Gatwick ?
There are but London Heathrow Airways would rather make them fly through LHR. They shud send a couple of 767's up here and give it a go. Having said they would probably have issues with the yield as there is not the route network LHR has.
